$25 American Express Gift Card Giveaway

In 2009, Kroger and its family of stores sold an average of nearly 13,000 reusable shopping bags per day. As one of America’s largest retailers, the Kroger Co. and its banner stores are committed to being responsible stewards of the environment. One of the ways that they are doing this is by continuing to encourage shoppers to use reusable shopping bags through their Design A Reusable Shopping Bag Contest.

Now through May 21, Dillon's is inviting customers to visit www.designareusablebag.com where they can enter the 3rd Annual Dillon's Reusable Shopping Bag Contest by designing their own reusable grocery bag with Dillon's easy-to-use design tool.

Visitors to the site will vote on their favorite designs and from the top 10 designs, one grand prize winner will receive $1,000 and could potentially see their bag design sold in stores. Four finalists will receive $250 Kroger Co. gift cards and five runners-up will receive $100 Kroger Co. gift cards. Every Shopper’s Card holder who submits a design will receive a credit for a free reusable shopping bag. Additionally, The Kroger Co's partnered with Café Press so that after participants submit their design, they have the option of purchasing a reusable canvas bag with their design on it.
