Old Navy is having an IN-STORE ONLY Oct 30-31 Sale ! All Halloween Costumes & Goodies for only $2 while supplies last.

I called both stores in Wichita and they are participating but both are out of costumes. I still might check it out and see if I can get some cute Halloween shirts for next year!
