I know most mornings I am lucky to get the kids dressed and out the door on time, the last thing on my mind is breakfast. That's why I LOVE easy to grab granola bars for my morning commute. While many are great tasting a lot of the time they are not so great on my waistline. So when I heard about Fiber One's new 90 calorie Chewy Bars I was very excited!

Plus they come in my favorite flavors Chocolate and Chocolate Peanut Butter!

When I let my kids try these they absolutely loved them, and so did my husband and I, unfortunately they didn't last long in my house.

  1. My favorite fitness tip is this: Stretch for about 10 min in the morning just after waking. It sets the mood for the whole day, even if you don't have time for cardio.

  5. My fitness tip: Make it a habit. Think about how good you feel afterward, and not about how busy, tired or any other excuse you have! I am also following you & I follow you on FB. Great job with the blog!!

  7. My favorite fitness tip is to simply get to the gym. I know this sounds crazy but every once in a while I will be feeling so tired or moody that I will get there, do 10 minutes on the bike and then shower, but at least I got there. :-)

  8. I go to the gym everyday right from work, on the weekends I go when I wake up... Then I have no excuses and put it off until later, when something will come up.

  9. Favorite fitness tip - swimming is great exercise that is low-impact on your joints, so less aches and pains later on. Water jogging is ideal for the same reason :)

  11. My favorite fitness tip is to do something that involves the kids. I like to take walks with them in the stroller. Or I do my leg lifts at night with them on my legs. They love it. candaceotto32 at yahoo dot com

  15. My favorite tip is to get outside. Doing something physical outside is always more enjoyable and therefore easier to do than trying to work out indoors.
